PHIL'S PHYSIQUE UPDATE
Phil Heath recently posted a physique update on his instagram stating that he had completed his first day of prep. In this update definitely phil is looking himself with those crazy arms and insane round shoulders. Now this is the first time phil has given his physique update after announcing that he is returning to the olympia this year. Intrestingly the current MR.OLYMPIA champion brandon curry has been regularly posting his physique updates inorder to keep his momentum going. It is intresting that phil posted this after brandon posted a physique update in almost a similar pose. It will be intresting to see if phil dethrones brandon or if brandon defends his title successfully. In my opinion if phil comes with a tighter mid section then I do think phil is going to win his 8th Olympia title. Do let me know what do you guys think.
