  So guys here we have the news that we all have been waiting for and that is that Big Ramy will be competing in this years olympia. He couldn't  qualify for the olympia as he had contracted the virus and he couldn't compete in the europa spain pro show. After that there were alot of discussions going on if big ramy will be given a special invite to the olympia or not and some were in favour and some against it but show promoters put all this to rest by giving ramy a special invite which he happily accepeted. Now this years olympia has become even more intresting. This years olympia is being considered as one of the best in terms of the line up and this addition has only made the line up more deeper.Many are unhappy with this invite but as per the rule books it is allowed to give any person a special invite so there should be no debate on this matter as to what i think. All in all it will be intresting to see where ramy places in this years olympia.

  Larry Wheels recently posted a new video on his youtube channel and on his insta handle where he hits a PR  in the strict curl. In this video he can been seen strict curling 231 pounds which is approximately equal to 105 kgs . He has been making rapid progress towards  breaking the strict curl world record which is held by Dennis Cyplenkov. This lift is actually amazing and is also impressive considering the amount of time which larry has taken to reach this weight  which is around three months. He is one of the top contenders to break the strict curl world record. It will be amazing to see when larry will break the world record or if he will be the guy to do it.
