THE IRON NATION

Most of the bodybuilders when they retire they usually lose a lot of muscle mass but this isnt a case for branch warren. Although he did not announce his retirement officially but he hasnt competed since olympia 2015 and it is as good as considering him retired. His recent post shows that he is in really good shape and he isn't going light be it diet or training. Now this post has started  a speculation among his fans that he might be returning to the stage but it his chances of returning to stage seems very slim. The amount of excitement in the fans regarding his comeback shows how badly they want him to get back on stage. Also we cannot completely rule out the chances of his return to the stage. Now let us see if we get to see him on stage another time or it was just one of his casual physique update.

Blessing Awodibu who is also known as the boogeyman is all set to make his IFBB pro debut .  Blessing is already an internet sensation but it remains to be seen how well he performs on the pro stage. At present he is about 14 weeks out from the show. Actually he was supposed to be making his pro debut last year at arnold australia , but it got postponed due to the virus thing and hence his debut got delayed. Blessing's debut is one of the most anticipated debut's in the body building world. Looking at his last arnold prep photos he looked to be in very impressive shape and hopefully he gets it right this time too. Although he carries a lot of mass on his physique but still he has that small waist which gives that aesthetic look to his physique. According to nick walkers post it can be speculated that we might see nick walker vs blessing in coming time. If that happens then it is going to be very interesting to watch who comes out on top.

Big Ramy has won the 2020 Mr. Olympia and enroute defeating 3 Mr. Olympias which include phil heath , Dexter Jackson and of course the 2019 champ Brandon Curry. This year ramy brought the package that everyone wanted him to bring since 2013. To be fair Ramy shocked everyone with the kind of conditioning that he brought this year. He was looking super ripped and that leg separation in the side chest pose was just insane. All in all he looked fantabulous and man was he peeled as he had promised before this years olympia. Not just the olympia but he also won the people's champ award. Although he had come in smaller than the previous year but still he just outmuscled eveyone. This has come after some of the pros were of the opinion that he did not deserve an special invite to the olympia. To be frank no one was expecting ramy to win as everyone was divided between Phil and Brandon. Brandon placed 2nd here whereas Phil was 3rd and Hadi choopan was 4th. It had already become clear in t...

So guys here we have the news that we all have been waiting for and that is that Big Ramy will be competing in this years olympia. He couldn't  qualify for the olympia as he had contracted the virus and he couldn't compete in the europa spain pro show. After that there were alot of discussions going on if big ramy will be given a special invite to the olympia or not and some were in favour and some against it but show promoters put all this to rest by giving ramy a special invite which he happily accepeted. Now this years olympia has become even more intresting. This years olympia is being considered as one of the best in terms of the line up and this addition has only made the line up more deeper. Many are unhappy with this invite but as per the rule books it is allowed to give any person a special invite so there should be no debate on this matter as to what i think. All in all it will be intresting to see where ramy places in this years olympia.

Larry Wheels recently posted a new video on his youtube channel and on his insta handle where he hits a PR  in the strict curl. In this video he can been seen strict curling 231 pounds which is approximately equal to 105 kgs . He has been making rapid progress towards  breaking the strict curl world record which is held by Dennis Cyplenkov. This lift is actually amazing and is also impressive considering the amount of time which larry has taken to reach this weight  which is around three months. He is one of the top contenders to break the strict curl world record. It will be amazing to see when larry will break the world record or if he will be the guy to do it.

Phil Heath recently posted a physique update on his instagram stating that he had completed his first day of prep. In this update definitely phil is looking himself with those crazy arms and insane round shoulders. Now this is the first time phil has given his physique update after announcing that he is returning to the olympia this year. Intrestingly the current MR.OLYMPIA champion brandon curry has been regularly posting his physique updates inorder to keep his momentum going. It is intresting that phil posted this after brandon posted a physique update in almost a similar pose. It will be intresting to see if phil dethrones brandon or  if brandon defends his title successfully. In my opinion if phil comes with a tighter mid section then I do think  phil is going to win his 8th Olympia title. Do let me know what do you guys think.

Big Ramy recently uploaded a picture showing his current physique and he appears to be in very good shape. Even though his participation in this years olympia is not sure as he is not qualified for the olympia. Also due to the current pandemic situation he cannot compete in the pro shows inorder to win them and qualify for the olympia. Let us even assume if he was qialified for the olympia even then his participation in olympia would not have been guaranteed due to the travel restrictions in the wake of pandemic. There is still a ray of hope for the ramy's fans as there is going to be a Europa pro qualifier in spain in which the top 3 will qualify for the olympia . Hope that he can travel to spain rather easily than states and win the show and qualify for olympia.Going by his update it looks like he is still prepping for a show and looks to be in really good shape. Obviously it would be great to watch ramy at olympia stage as phil is also making a return this year. Let us just ...
