The previous record was held by tiny meeker.This lift is really impressive considering benching or even deadlifting 1105lbs is no joke. It is not be confused with 800 lbs bench attempt made by julius maddox as it was the raw bench press and this one is a equipped. But this does not actually take away anything from Will because benching this amount of weight is not a peice of cake.
